Meet our Founder, Kevin Au
Kevin Au is our founder, executive coach and team development facilitator who partners with leaders and teams to unlock clarity, alignment, and high performance.
With over 20 years of leadership experience across B2B and B2C organizations, Kevin brings deep operating credibility to his coaching and team development practice. He has served as a VP of Product Management at BILL, helping scale the company’s revenue 10x, and held leadership roles at Intuit, LinkedIn, PayPal, and Deloitte Consulting. Having started his career as a software engineer and progressed through strategy, product marketing, and product management, Kevin understands firsthand the complexity of leading in fast-growing, high-performance environments.
Today, Kevin focuses on developing leaders and strengthening teams.
As an ICF-certified PCC executive coach, he works with founders, senior leaders and emerging talent to accelerate growth, expand leadership capacity, and navigate pivotal career moments. His coaching engagements often focus on executive presence, strategic thinking, influence without authority, stakeholder management, and career transitions. Kevin is known for being empathetic yet challenging, creating a space where leaders feel supported while being held accountable to meaningful change.
In parallel, Kevin designs and facilitates high-impact team development workshops that elevate trust, communication, and execution. Leveraging proven frameworks such as DiSC, The Five Behaviors, and PXT Select, he helps teams surface unspoken dynamics, strengthen collaboration, increase accountability and align around shared goals. His sessions are practical and action-oriented, translating insight into clear behavioral commitments that drive measurable business outcomes.
He is focused on working with leaders in tech, financial services / payments, healthcare and consulting but also has broad experience in other industries while working with retail and entertainment clients. He is passionate about emerging technology, particularly AI, and has spoken at industry conferences such as Digital CPA Engage. Kevin lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and two sons, and he enjoys coaching youth basketball, cooking, and traveling.
